This is a form android application that can configured to suit your needs. You do not need to have Android skill, you just define the field that you want and it will be shown up on you Android apps.
We use MVC Structure for the Android Struture and it is easy to develop. We use CodeIgniter for the Backend & API and we use MySQL for the Database
