Diamond Social Feed is a jQuery plugin for creating advanced media gallery with the ability to add social media network feeds. It was created for the spectacular and non-standard representation of the lovely media content of the customers and can be used as a regular media gallery, social stream or can be combined.
As a media gallery, the plugin supports both images and videos, and can display it in a modal window in three different layouts: image, video and story album. Modal window caption can also be added.
As a social stream, the plugin supports the following: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Vimeo. The plugin uses only official APIs with all their features and limitations. Social media networks can be displayed in any desired order.
The jQuery version of the plugin provides more than 150 customization options and can be easily integrated into projects that put high demands on design.
This gallery plugin was constructed for Photographers, Designers, Event Agencies, Celebrities, Musicians, Fashion Industry and for all those who needs an organic combination of functionality and design.
Diamond Social Feed Features
We tried to simplify the installation and configuration of the plugin for our clients as much as possible. Full HTML documentation is included in the plugin package to understand easily all the features, settings and options of this plugin.
We also included ‘Playground’ file with a code generator in the current package version for better understanding of the most common options. This is also an easier way to implement a plugin.

Notes
- You need to obtain your own Api Keys and Access Tokens to fetch social data.
- Social media network APIs are constantly changing, so keep in mind that some social media display data issues may appear from time to time.
- Every social media networks API anticipate to have some kind of Rate Limits. Since Diamond Social Feed is built to use official APIs, it potentially could affect your project
- The plugin wasn`t designed to be located inside a modal or popup window so it could affect some issues with initialization
- Images and Videos used in the gallery on the Preview are not included in the download pack.
- The custom font used in the gallery on the Preview is “Poppins” by Google Fonts.
