Brief Description
“Greetings Manager”, module can be use in Perfex CRM which allows admin or staff to send personalized greeting SMS or Email to Client’s contact or staff on their special days.
- By using this module, Admin and staff will be able to create schedule to send automatic SMS or Email to the Clients or Staff. Thus, Best wishes will be sent to the Clients or Staffs from the company on their special days like Birthday, Anniversary etc.
- “ Greetings Manager ” is using, by default enabled SMS gateways, provided by Perfex CRM. You can check for available SMS gateways from SETUP -> Settings -> SMS.
- “ Greetings Manager ” is using, by default enabled Emails settings, in Perfex CRM.
- Staff will be required to set a schedule for one time only, to send automatic greetings SMS/Email for every upcoming special day of Clients or Staffs.
- This module will use Custom fields of Contacts and Staff to send greetings. So that custom field should be Date type.
- Admin/staff can see logs of greetings sent to whom.

- Use default Perfex CRM SMS Gateways, no need to implement new SMS gateway
- By implementing an automated scheduling system, our administrative team and staff can send personalized wishes to clients via SMS or email. This proactive approach not only enhances client engagement but also boosts the company’s credibility.
- Staff can create multiple schedules to send wishes more than one times like send before 7 days, send before 1 day, send on that day.
- Admin/Staff can see how many Clients are sent an SMS or Email by viewing Schedule for Client Contacts.
- Admin/Staff can see how many Staffs are sent an SMS or Email by viewing Schedule for Staff.
- SMS/Email will be sent automatically to Clients or staffs using Cron Jobs.

- In the Demo, you will not receive any SMS, because SMS gateways are not enabled. But you can see to which Clients an SMS is sent, by viewing Scheduler. - You need to enable any one SMS gateway given in Perfex, to use this module. - You can send multiple custom SMS at a time, but number of SMS at a time, will be depend on allowed by your SMS provider or Server. - To send Scheduled Multiple SMS, Cron Jobs for Perfex CRM need to be set on your Server.
