UCM Plugin: Advanced Todo v2.3 Features
The Advanced Todo is an easy handy plugin, for the popular Ultimate Client Manager, which can make your daily todo’s set up easy. Forget the little tags and booklets, wherein write the significant todos with your partners!
With the help of Advanced Todo plugin you can see clear easy and fast your next todo. With drag&drop mode you can set easy the priority order, the inline edit mode give an option for change the wanted todo without loading a new page. It’s very easy: just double click on a todo to edit it and click on the save link to save the changes. For shift a todo in finished status enough to click on the green tick icon on the line of todos. (Undo: click on the grey tick). You can differentiate the todos with colours too. Assign your todos to a user, a customer, a client, a staff menber, a website or a domain. It’s very easy. Just edit the todo and you will see the dropdowns. For more information please read the Features point.

[ Important Informations ]
After the upgrading you have to do a “Manual upgrade” on the Settings/Upgrade page! In case you get MySQL errors please do the “Manual upgrade” before post a bug report here.
In case of emergency (you can see blank page only or get unknown error messages) simply delete the Advanced Todo plugin folder and contact with me. I’ll try to help ASAP.
This is a plugin for the Ultimate Client Manager. Please ensure the latest version of Ultimate Client Manager (Lite or Pro) has been purchased and installed before using this plugin.

[ Upgrade Instructions ]
- From the v2.0 version the plugin has a new automatically upgrade function too, what you can find at the Settings / Advanced Todo menu point. With its help you can foremost test the new functions and faster reach the contingent repairs too. For more information please read the Automatically upgrade function feature documentation.
- Before you upload the v2.0 version to your server it’s recommended to delete the earlier version files from the Advanced Todo plugin folder.
- The Advanced Todo of course can upgrade by the traditional download-upload-manual upgrade way too, for this just follow the Installation Instructions.
- You may see MySQL errors first time after upgrading from the v1.x version. In this case please run a manual upgrade on the Settings / Upgrade page.
[ Installation Instructions ]
- Download and install the Ultimate Client Manager on your website
- When UCM is working, come back and purchase this plugin
- Unzip the downloaded files, and upload the plugin_webnpro_advanced_todo folder into your websites includes folder
- To finishing the installation choose the Settings > Upgrade menu point, and click on the Manual Upgrade button. If you see All Good title on the end of webNpro Advenced Todo plugin’s line the plugin installation is successful.
- Step on the Dashboard
- If everything went well, the Todos menu point is appear, or rather the Todos widget (WhiteLabel and AdminLTE themes only)
- You can find the general setting at Settings > Advanced Todo menu point

[ Drag&drop mode ]
- With drag&drop mode you can set easy the priority order. For using bring the cursor on Todo click and keep the left button. Pull the todo at the wanted position and leave it.
[ Inline todo editor ]
- The inline edit mode give an option for change the wanted todo without loading a new page. It’s very easy: just double click on a todo to edit it and click on the save link to save the changes. If you change your mind just click on Cancel button on the end of line.
[ Todos colouring ]
- From the v1.0.7 version you can differentiate the todos with colours too. You can change the colour with click on the coloured quad at the left side of todo’s line. In the appeared popup window choose the colour than click on OK button If you change your mind just click somewhere out of the window and the todo’s colour going to switch back to the original colour.
[ Dashboard widget for the todos ]
- The Dashboard widget gives you a fast review about your todos. The edit functions (drag&drop, inline editing, coloring) also works here. Due to technical matters temporarily works only at the WhiteLabel and AdminLTE themes, the other themes do not support the widgets yet.
[ Automatically upgrade function ]
- From the v2.0 version the plugin has a new automatically upgrade function too, what you can find at the Settings / Advanced Todo menu point. With its help you can foremost test the new functions and faster reach the contingent repairs too.
- This function check and do only the Advance Todo plugin’s upgrades, the UCM’s and the other plugin’s upgrade not!
