Word Puzzle is simple javascript driven program that generates a random letter grid inside a Canvas element and injects a few english words into it either in horizontal or vertical alignment. You can mark the words with mouse and when you have found all, a new puzzle is created. The elements generates itself on the fly on every refresh allowing almost endless variations and combinations.
- contains fully editable english wordlists structured based on lengths ranging from three letters to seven
- contains example html setup with details and instructions
- contains two js files – jquery library and actual program code
- setup is easy – one canvas node and two script references
- canvas width and height define the size of the grid and amount of words being generated
- minimum height and width 250 pixels
